Victor Stephens is a founder and geospatial practitioner with over eighteen years of experience solving business problems using GIS, contemporary IT and market research across telecommunications, finance, health, land and government. He holds a master’s degree in Applied Geographic Information Systems from Kingston University London. As founder and CEO of Slas Technologies, he leads the development of an interconnected platform of proptech and fintech products — spanning property registry, cross-border payments, geospatial intelligence and regulated FX infrastructure, alongside operating systems for telecom, energy and border operations. His work centres on a single thesis: map reality well, and capital, policy and opportunity flow more intelligently.
