Sales and distribution teams at a national operator needed to see — quickly and spatially — where each competitor was winning and where they were exposed.
Approach
I built a Tableau-based "War Room" dashboard that ingested competitor performance data, customer metrics and location-level signals across the major operators — MTN, Etisalat and GloMobile alongside Airtel. The system blended commercial KPIs with geography so leaders could read the market as a map, not a spreadsheet.
Outcome
The War Room surfaced where each operator was strongest or weakest at a regional and state level, helping sales and distribution teams craft region-specific strategies instead of one national plan. It turned scattered competitor data into a single operational picture executives could act on.
